Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the Caseville Laundromat & Cafe website and online pickup ordering. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Online orders

• Orders are for same-day pickup at 6966 Main St, Caseville, MI 48725, at the time you select.
• Payment is taken online by card through our payment provider, Clover. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds.
• Prices and menu items may change without notice. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you to offer a substitute or refund.
• We do our best to honor item notes (like "no lettuce") but cannot guarantee every request.
• Orders not picked up by the end of the day may be discarded without refund.

Cancellations & refunds

To cancel or change an order, call us at (989) 856-1256 as soon as possible. Refunds are given at our discretion for orders we have not yet started preparing, or if we made a mistake.

Allergies

Our kitchen handles common allergens. We cannot guarantee any item is free of allergens. Please tell us about allergies when you order.

Laundromat

Please follow posted rules in the laundromat. We are not responsible for items left unattended or damage caused by the contents of pockets, dyes, or garment care labels.

Website use

Photos, text, and the logo on this site belong to Caseville Laundromat & Cafe. Please don't misuse the site or attempt to interfere with ordering.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
